The author shares with the reader this exciting facet of weaving. You should have a basic knowledge of weaving equipment and terms. Expensive equipment is not needed - only weaving cards, a means to tension the warp, and a reed in a beater.

This manual includes a chapter which takes the weaver through the process of setting up a warp and weaving a sampler using several techniques. Doing the sampler will assist the weaver in using the following chapters on multicolored warps, inlay, threading two holes per card, warp twining, and threading two cards as one.
