Little Joe
Nothing says spinning like a simple, economical, but unique drop spindle. This top whorl drop spindle is spoked for a one-of- kind of wagon-wheel look - reminiscent of those days on the ol' Bonanza.
The spindle shaft is made of birch, while the whorl is made of ash. The whorl is 3 inches in diameter and the spindle is 3/8 of inch thick and about 12 inches in length. The spindle and whorl are hand rubbed in Danish oil and weigh approximately 1.2 to 1.5 ounces.
