New on the Kentucky-made product front, we now have a local supplier for basic, no-frills spindles. They come in 3 sizes, the Mare, the Colt and the Foal. The Mare weighs between 1.4 and 1.8 oz, the Colt weighs in at .9 to 1.1 oz. and the Foal weighs in at .5. They are nicely balanced and spin for a good long time; and are finished satiny-smooth, a pleasure to handle.
