Dawning Dreams spindles are handmade of bamboo wood, a renewable resource that she loves. They have her gear whorl design with a tapered shaft. The whorl and shaft are a medium colored wood tone & measure 10 inches / 26 cm from the tip of the hook to the end. the hook is about 5/8 of an inch long, but will vary from spindle to spindle because they are handmade. Different gemstones are applies on the Worsted and Sport weight spindles to create a unique design that spins very nicely.
