"Wonderful, strong, smooth"

Sharon on 1/11/2016 10:29:59 AM

Product Review: I initially warped with another 8/2, which turned out to be crunchy, tangly and fragile. I'm now warped with this, and it's like night and day. This is smooth, strong, and behaves itself. Just be aware that a half pound cone only has about 1300-and-change yards on it. You may need more to fully warp. I'm using one cone of two colors for a cool look and enough length. A little annoying that the only yarn at the "as low as" price is undyed, but hey. I'll buy pound cones for warping after this, but... More details

"Mixed review"

Yvonne on 12/23/2015 11:16:52 PM

Product Review: I bought several colors of this yarn and wove some lovely dish towels. I love the way the yarn handled and washed except the rouge scarlet that I bough bled like crazy. I was able to salvage it with some of the Color Catcher sheets but now I'm afraid to wash it without. I won't be using the red again.

"My favorite yearn to weave with"

Kat holoch on 11/10/2013 9:52:21 AM

Product Review: I love everything about this yarn. The color selection is wonderful, it is easy to work with, and a great price. I've woven towels and table runners with it. I tend to mix the yarns in my warps with a variety of cottons (mercerized and unmercerized) and sizes, so generally set at 24 epi. I am going to try this yarn by itself at 30epi soon.
