Avi Wasserman Spindles

The Spindles on this page are One of a kind (to the best of our knowledge) spindles from Avi Wasserman in Israel.

AVI-99-1 -  3 1/2" whorl a 12" shaft and weighs 1.75 oz. Whorl is made of Prickly Pear (from Australia) and Amboyna Burl with an Ebony & Silver inlay. Shaft is Maple.

AVI-99-2 -  3 3/8" whorl a 12" shaft and weighs 2.25 oz. Whorl is made of Myrtle Burl (from Tasmania) with an Ebony & Silver inlay. Shaft is Eucalyptus (Australia).

AVI-99-3  -  2 1/4" whorl a 10" shaft and weighs .75 oz. Whorl is made of Honduras Mahogany with an Ebony & Silver inlay. Shaft is Goncalo Alves (Brazil).
