Yarn Meter

This affordable yarn meter measures lengths in feet (up to 999 feet) and will handle most yarn weights. It will even work with certain ribbon yarns (1/4" wide or less). Includes hardwood base and clamp. The clamping system allows the unit to be attached to a table, spinning wheel, loom, or other surface. To use, simply slide the yarn down through the slot in the counter; the yarn is guided through the two wooden posts.
