Product Details:
WOOL NEPPS: Nepps are a by-product that comes from the second cut during the shearing process. They are firm nubs of wool you can use to add texture to your spun yarn, felting projects, or textile work. They can be dyed using the procion dyes. Felting and other softening techniques before blending can possibly produce better results depending on your project, $1.75 per oz.
