Spinners's Control Card & Yarn Gauge

Handy tool to figure out the diameter needed for a specific ply and to make sure you are spinning a consistent yarn! Determine the number of wraps per inch that you want your finished yarn to be and multiply this by the number of plies you want.  The result is the thickness of each single as indicated by a number on the card. As you spin, lay the yarn periodically against the clear acrylic card and compare to ensure consistency.  Comes with instructions and handy clip.
