This is not your Mothers Spinning Wheel. According to the the folks at SpinOlution, the Mach II has many improvements over current Spinning wheels available on the market. Some of the standard upgrades include: Open Orifice – allows thread of any size to be spun. Easy bobbin removal – no more hassles to change bobbins. 5 Speed Spindle – work at your speed. 2 Toe Brakes – to stop the wheel easily. Multiple Bearings - for smooth and efficient operation. Heel rests – keeps the wheel in front of you, not across the room. Multiple rubber feet - for ultimate stability. Heavy duty construction – for years of dependable use. American made. Comes mostly assembled. Includes three very large bobbins.

Material: Furniture grade birch plywood Mach III:Introducing the Mach III. A new design
from SpinOlution. The new T back design, is designed to give a wider
spacing for the bearings, so the flyer and wheel need less adjustments.
This design also reduces bearing noise significantly, with more noise
dampening engineering and design. The Split Treadle allows for easier
band replacement, and an automatic adjustment to wear in the pitman
grove. The picture below shows the prototype treadle assembly open. The
Mach 3 also allows for the Lazy Kate to attach or sit separate from the
wheel (sold separately) |
