"I received the bobbins quickly. However this was my second order. I found it difficult to decide which bobbins to order because the ones I had didn't match the sizes. After returning the first order I called the support line. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. We decided on the Schacht bobbins. I love these and will lorder from The Woolsey again."
