The Loki
Like its namesake in Norse mythology, Loki the trickster, this high whorl spindle can be deceiving in looks. Based on a historical design, it features a beautiful domed shape that keeps the beauty of the exotic wood in the forefront. It spins fast and long and is perfect for spinning fine fibers such as fine wools, cashmere, silk and cotton. Whorl diameter is 1.5-2.25", shaft is 8"-9" long and weights vary from .8 to 1.5 ounces.
