Color Cards These cards allow you to see the broad spectrum of colors available to you. By offering our color cards on one page, we hope to make using our web site easier. For many of our products, we offer online color cards plus cards made by the manufacturer.
Online cards are a good way to compare colors, but a number of factors come into play when attempting to judge color on a computer screen. How the picture is prepared by us, impact the format (jpg for the most part) has on the graphic, and the set-up of your computer screen may mean that certain colors (most notable red hues) are not totally accurate. If true colors are an important component controlling your selection, then we suggest you buy a color card. Below are the links to each of our online cards.

Fabrics
WDW Hand Over-Dyed Fibers
This gorgeous 100% hand dyed premium wool fabric is colorfast, felted and perfect for rug hooking. We offer each color in three patterns; solid, hounds-tooth and herringbone. The three can be used separately or mixed within a design or project.
Dyes
Cushing Perfection Wool Dyes
"Perfection" Acid Dye in 1/3 oz. envelope; 94 colors. For wools, and all animal products, nylon and some silks.
MX Cotton Dyes
Work best on cellulosic fibers (cotton, rayon, linen, ramie, jute): light-fast, wash-fast, boil-fast. Requires washing soda and common salt. Available in 9 colors.
Greener Shades Dyes
Greener Shades (tm) is a non-hazardous, non-chrome dye for use on silk, wool, nylon, or any animal fiber. Formulated without the use of hazardous metals, Greener Shades provides all the wash-fastness and light fastness of the traditional acid dye without relying on metal compounds to achieve bright and beautiful colors. Available in 1/2 oz., 4oz., and 8 oz. packages.
Cotton/Linen/Bamboo
Bamboo 10/2 Yarn
This gorgeous fiber features rich, saturated color that has a slight sheen. This beautiful, eco-friendly 100% bamboo yarn has saturated color, a nice sheen and great drape.
Brown Sheep Cotton Yarn Fine/Fleece
A soft 80% Pima cotton, 20% Merino wool yarn suitable for weaving, fine knitting or machine knitting.
Cottolin 22/2 Yarn
A 60% cotton 40% linen yarn, ideal for weaving tablecloths, placemats, towels etc.
Cotton Chenille, Medium Fine Yarn
Can be used for weaving and fine knitting.
Cotton Mop Yarn 8/2 & 16/8
Good weaving yarn (warp or weft) for dish towels, place mats, tablecloths, clothing etc. Washes easily. 100% non-mercerized cotton.
Maysville Cotton Rug Warp
Very strong, fade resistant warp with less fraying. Beautiful and subtle colors that don't fade with washing.
Perle Cotton
Mercerized "Perle" cottons in 3/2, 5/2, and 10/2 are put on standard one pound cones for weavers and machine knitters. Many sumptuous colors to choose from. All colors are available in three sizes.

This silk produces a beautiful fabric with excellent drape. With over 30 colors, this yarn is perfect for shawls, wraps and heirloom garments.

Tencel 8/2
100% Tencel (natural cellulose) yarn, great for weaving (warp or weft). Has a wonderful silky sheen and great strength.
Zephyr Wool-Silk
This unique combination of natural fibers provides yarn that is lightweight and lustrous. Equal percentages of fine Merino wool and Chinese Tussah silk are joined to create a truly elegant yarn.
