From the author: this book is written for students, spinners, and those people wanting to utilize the wool from their llamas and alpacas. I hope it will encourage people new to spinning and offer ideas to more advanced spinners, plus give information to breeders. It is based on my experience with our llamas and many years with our herd of alpacas, working with their wool, teaching workshops on the subject, and doing finished projects with llama and alpaca yarns. After all this time, there is a lot more to learn and I hope to continue sharing with others.
